Second Manufacturing Conference in São Paulo – Brazil: Blindagem de Processos took part as keynote speaker.
On March 20 and 21, 2017, the Blindagem de Processos marked its presence in this amazing conference.
The Second Brazilian Manufacturing Conference took place in São Paulo, at the Hotel Pullman Ibirapuera, organized by Dialogia.
The event carried out a mixture of lectures, panels and simultaneous workshop sessions.
Large multinationals and nationals Industries took part, such as; Dow Chemical, Embraer, 3M, Sanmina, Caterpilar, Tetra Pak, JDE, Votorantim, Araforros, Philips, Monsanto, Dudalina, Grupo Petrópolis and many others were represented by executives, managers and technical collaborators.

The Blindagem de Processos talk
On the 2nd day, within the Operational Excellence & Lean category, Luiz Mattos, founding partner of the Blindagem de Processos, was Keynote Speaker for the Dubai room.
His presentation covered the theme: “The importance of adapting the organizational culture to ensure the success of the Lean Manufacturing implementation”.
In his 35 minutes speech, Luiz walked through a little of his extensive professional trajectory. He stressed out successful results in his experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation.
At the end, Luiz presented a Rolls-Royce Case Study demonstrating results of Blindagem de processos methodology implementation.
